Many clients come with a blend of issues that span individual, couple, and family therapies . An individual issue like depression or anxiety might come in the wake of a relational issue, like the birth of a new child, or a partner's job loss. An individual loss or trauma may trigger conflict within a couple, or acting out on the part of a child. In some cases we'll recommend more than one form of therapy at a time, so that individual work and couple or family work combine to make overall progress faster.
